BACKORDERS

IMPORTANT:  Please allow for up to 30 business days for processing, which doesn't include delivery.

An email will be sent to you promptly when you place an order for a product that is on backorder. 

This email will include details of your order, estimated date of stock and estimated delivery time.

SHIPPING

We only use AusPost to deliver your order. All orders are dispatched from 2300, Newcastle, NSW. 

We ship Monday-Friday until 5pm (AEST). 

Once an order has been placed and it is *not on backorder you will receive your order within approx 3-7 days. Please ensure your postal address & size purchased is correct. 

IMPORTANT: 

In some cases, we may need to get in touch with you before your order can be shipped. We kindly request that you respond to any email or message from our team to avoid any delays.

When selecting the authority to leave your parcel at your delivery location, please note that Cortez will not cover theft of garments as this option is one that you have chosen. We recommend that you only use this option when it is safe and suitable for your situation.

Please note that these times do not include processing time. We may require an additional two to five days to pack and process your order.

*Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Deliveries to rural addresses take longer compared to metro areas. Please allocate a reasonable amount of time when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be informed that international orders (including New Zealand) may be subjected to customs inspections and import duties and taxes that are unique to your country.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All customs and import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges that are applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if you reject the shipment upon delivery. In case your order incurs additional charges, they must be paid by you in order to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any extra fees, your order will be returned to us, and the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier will be refunded to you.
